After a number of false starts with my building project – a friend of mine recommended Buildmark, who had done a ceiling restoration for them. The difference was amazing. Nothing was too small as to be unimportant for Buildmark. My initial budget was modest and the scope of works small – well, that didn’t last too long. My building project has just ended, and, I can say that there is not a room in my house that has not been touched by Buildmark – for the better. For a first time renovator, like me, the patience and good humour shown throughout the build was gratifying. I ended up with a new bathroom (complete with custom made amazing cement basin, and cupboards from heaven), new kitchen (again, those cupboards are wonderful), pantry and storage room. Thanks to the suggestion of the Building Supervisor, I also ended up swapping living room/ bedroom and it has proved to be a very good idea. My house is now exactly as I envisaged it, all I need to do is to buy a new sofa! As no building project is perfect, Buildmark’s responsive, practical solutions to issues that invariably arose along the way were the key to the successful renovation. Also, and most importantly, my dog is forever enamoured with Buildmark’s amazing tradies, and she will no doubt miss their presence and constant pats.
